Tifa Keskes
Reliable Data as a Basis for Decision-Making — Reviewed, Built, Transferred.
Tifa Keskes is the owner of Keskes Analytics & Strategy, a Munich-based consulting firm specializing in data systems architecture and auditing. He supports mid-sized industrial companies and investors wherever decisions are based on key figures whose reliability has not yet been independently verified.

His work focuses on three areas. First, he provides independent data due diligence for investment and acquisition decisions. This includes validating KPIs, reviewing data infrastructure, and identifying hidden technical risks. Second, he develops data strategies for lean structures without growing technical debt. Third, he handles the complete technical implementation, from raw data sources to automated, decision-relevant metrics.
In practice, this may involve reviewing more than 50 data sources for a Fortune 100 IT distributor to clarify a ten-percent discrepancy in a KPI or building a standardized reporting system for a European healthtech scale-up that can now be maintained by a single person.
A structured handover is an integral part of every project. Logic maps, KPI definitions, and system documentation remain fully within the company. This ensures that the client remains capable of acting independently, even without external support. His services also include practical workshops in which specialists and executives work directly with their own company data. Before establishing his own consulting firm, Tifa Keskes worked at Microsoft, among other companies. This experience continues to shape his consulting approach today: critical of technology for technology's sake, focused on implementation, and consistently aligned with the underlying business question rather than the tool itself.
He earned a master's degree in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
My clients come to me when they no longer want to place blind trust in the figures on which they base their decisions. They do not expect a recommendation for a particular tool, but a reliable assessment of what their data can support - and a structure that continues to function without external assistance after the project has been completed. What they particularly value is my independence in assessing the situation and my ability to present technical matters in a way that provides senior management with a sound basis for decision-making.
