As an independent economic expert, Johannes Heidecker combines global experience with local precision and advises industrial companies, associations, and public administrations. His focus is on location issues, restructuring, and strategic realignment, particularly in the areas of finance, taxation, and human resources.

His professional career includes many years in senior positions in finance and executive management across several countries, from Austria to the United States and France, as well as extensive experience in Central and Southeastern Europe. During this time, he was responsible for location decisions, restructuring, real estate financing, as well as issues related to automation and digitalization. From 2021 to 2025, he served as Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, contributing to the development of political and economic policy initiatives. This was followed by a time-limited interim executive management assignment focused on stabilizing and restructuring a manufacturing company in Germany.

Today, he leverages his extensive international network and hands-on expertise to support companies and institutions in managing complex transformation processes. He places particular emphasis on tailored solutions that take both economic and political frameworks into account. His consulting focuses on industry, restructuring, location selection and relocation, as well as supporting public administration in the field of economic development. Johannes Heidecker is fluent in English and French and has a basic knowledge of several Slavic languages.
